Base Salary
$175k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift, React Native, and modern frameworks.
- Translate product requirements, wireframes, and user flows into polished, responsive iOS features.
- Collaborate with UX, product, backend, and release teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Improve application architecture, contribute to shared component libraries, and evolve design systems.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks related to application and infrastructure changes.
- Lead R&D, proofs of concept, and evaluations of new platforms, tools, frameworks, and techniques.
- Coordinate regular and emergency releases while monitoring progress across all project stages.
- Maintain compliance with firm-wide software development processes and produce clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience in mobile app development.
- Excellent technical knowledge in Swift, SwiftUI, React Native, and UIKit.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them on time.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
- Practice clean coding practices with experience in automated TDD tasks.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluency with Git source code management.
- Experience creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
