Responsibilities

Design and scale enterprise applications by launching new tools and enhancing existing services.
Ensure a unified tooling ecosystem by integrating various tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
Implement secure access controls in partnership with the Enterprise Access Management team.
Build and maintain automation scripts using Python to reduce manual effort.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation of workflows and procedures.

Significant experience with SaaS productivity applications and tooling ecosystems.
Subject Matter Expert on workflows, customizations, and management in Atlassian.
Up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products and administration best practices.
Experience building automation to migrate users and projects to Jira and Confluence.
Strong Python automation skills for building and troubleshooting scripts.
Ability to design solutions with a security-first mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
Experience with Terraform and Airflow is a plus.
