Responsibilities
- Build, own, and maintain Doctolib Connect's backend providing APIs for mobile and web clients.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure at AWS, implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Ensure user data safety and security by prioritizing security and privacy.
- Collaborate with peers on Android, iOS, web, and Rails backend to enhance user experience.
- Manage the full development lifecycle, including stakeholder communication and debugging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with API design and development using Java 8+.
- Experience running software on cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
- Familiarity with frameworks and libraries like Spring Boot, Akka, and Protobuf.
- Experience with database technologies, preferably JPA, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch/Opensearch.
- Fluency in English and a passion for understanding how things work.
