Responsibilities
- Build and operate full-stack SaaS products and user experiences for Databricks customers.
- Collaborate with the team and product management to deliver features aligned with a multi-year product vision.
- Architect, develop, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed systems.
- Contribute to frontend, backend, developer ecosystem, workflow, analytics, or Apps developer experience initiatives depending on team placement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Passion for user experience and design, with a deep understanding of frontend architecture.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.
- Familiarity with server-side web technologies including Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go, or the JVM.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience architecting, developing, deploying, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
