Responsibilities
- Lead forward-deployed agentic AI initiatives from business discovery through implementation, monitoring, and adoption.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP, legacy databases, and APIs.
- Design and build multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, and evaluation tools.
- Develop reusable libraries, templates, reference implementations, standards, checklists, and safety guardrails.
- Embed security, audit logging, compliance checks, reliability, and operability practices into agent architectures.
- Provide user training, documentation, technical reviews, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of software engineering experience, more than 5 years building AI and machine learning systems, and at least 3 years delivering production AI solutions with measurable business results.
- Experience guiding technical direction, aligning teams, and mentoring engineers.
- Strong skills with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and tool or function use within agents.
- Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, APIs, authentication, and reliable production systems.
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, HR, and other enterprise business systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance.
- Deep knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Semantic Kernel.
- Knowledge of MongoDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, and graph databases for knowledge representation.
- Experience with Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and logging, tracing, and monitoring tools for AI applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
