Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance activities.
- Lead architecture, design, reliability, scaling, and system engineering initiatives.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer needs and organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, stakeholder, and executive teams.
- Drive cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives and translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; the posting also states that requirements may be flexible for the right candidate.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience designing and implementing or enhancing reliable, scalable systems and analytical system architectures.
- Fluency and specialization in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts and experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to lead architectural initiatives, mentor development teams, communicate with executive leadership, and collaborate across functions.
