Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance activities.
- Guide platform convergence and balance customer delivery with organizational health across engineering initiatives.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Mentor development staff and support delivery of product features.
- Lead design sessions, technical conversations, code reviews, and architectural initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Communicate technical direction and recommendations to executives, stakeholders, peers, and development teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and enhancing reliable and scalable systems using architecture and design patterns.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products using microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring tools, performance assessments, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Preferred understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
