Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications with cross-functional teams based on product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features and lead technical conversations toward successful outcomes.
- Provide architectural direction, conduct design sessions and code reviews, and communicate with executives, peers, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives, including the translation of AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development is required.
- At least 15 years of full-time education is required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is listed as an additional qualification.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also stated.
- Significant experience in architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling, and implementation or enhancement of systems is required.
- Significant experience in analytical systems engineering and implementation is required.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python is required.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs is required.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code is required.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains is required.
- Preferred qualifications include DevOps concepts, application monitoring and performance assessment, security architecture and protocols, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
