Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features across claims, appointments, and payments-posting workflows from design through production rollout.
- Build production-ready full-stack code, interfaces, data models, tests, and backend endpoints for large datasets.
- Develop reliable, data-dense user interfaces with filtering, pagination, and bulk-operation capabilities.
- Implement dashboards, logging, alerting, and other observability practices to identify and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with product, design, and billing operations to improve biller workflows and usability.
- Review code and designs, shape technical standards and conventions, and help onboard and develop teammates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building full-stack applications and shipping production features end to end.
- Strong frontend skills, including the ability to build maintainable interfaces and diagnose rendering issues in data-dense screens.
- Knowledge of APIs, backend endpoints, filtering, pagination, data models, and the queries supporting large datasets.
- Good technical judgment, debugging ability, and familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Clear communication, ownership, urgency, and customer focus.
- Preferred: healthcare billing and EDI experience, production LLM feature experience, analytical or OLAP store exposure, product and UX influence, and experience in regulated industries.
