Responsibilities
- Analyze business models, user needs, and stakeholder requirements.
- Formulate hypotheses and translate insights into roadmaps and product-oriented backlogs.
- Design sustainable software using established architecture principles and modern patterns.
- Build prototypes and MVPs with AI-assisted development tools.
- Automate testing and deploy software securely.
- Monitor AI decisions, quality, requirements compliance, costs, API limits, system performance, and production observability.
- Develop AI agents, orchestrate their collaboration, automate workflows, and connect enterprise data using established frameworks.
Requirements
- Have solid knowledge of modern software development.
- Show a passion for technology and building user-focused products.
- Be willing to learn AI development and agentic workflows.
- Be comfortable with changing technology stacks and new tools.
- Understand how to approach technical solutions from a product perspective and empathize with users and stakeholders.
- Be willing to work collaboratively with Scrum and Kanban methods.
- Recommended German language proficiency is B2.
