Responsibilities
- Act as a technical product manager across Payments, Fraud, Support, Finance, and CRM by managing requirements, writing technical specifications, and analyzing post-release data.
- Analyze operational data to identify insights, efficiency opportunities, and business levers that improve user experience.
- Identify bottlenecks, design workflows, and develop Python scripts or proofs of concept to automate processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to design scalable solutions to operational challenges.
- Monitor platform performance and KPIs, flag risks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Build internal tools, automate repetitive work, and document systems, processes, and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Graduate of a top-tier French engineering school such as École Polytechnique, Mines, CentraleSupélec, or Ponts, or an equivalent institution.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
- Eligible for the V.I.E. program, including EU citizenship and being under 28 years old at departure.
- Proficient in Python for scripting, internal tool development, API interaction, and data manipulation.
- Comfortable combining high-level strategy with hands-on implementation in a generalist role.
- Proactive, accountable, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of structured problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
- Previous experience in a US technology company or French technology scale-up is an asset.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
