Responsibilities
- Develop SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and designs across multiple programs.
- Design scalable simulation environments and end-to-end validation architectures.
- Lead customer discussions to design simulation products that meet requirements.
- Define and plan SIL and HIL validation strategies using embedded systems expertise.
- Automate simulation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
- Accelerate compute-intensive applications on cloud platforms.
- Work with SIL engines and ADAS virtual simulation tools including DSPACE and IPG CARMAKER.
- Identify bottlenecks and parallelize simulation code using CUDA, OpenCL, or similar frameworks.
- Set and track cloud-based simulation KPIs for validation quality and coverage.
- Optimize C++ simulation applications for memory, processing, and real-time performance.
- Develop and maintain simulation tools and models for automotive embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timelines, requirements, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 16–18 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing cloud-computing architectures and applying design patterns.
- Experience designing multithreaded systems and working with real-time operating systems.
- Experience in the ADAS domain and communications.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with parallel computing and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience deploying simulation on cloud-computing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CAN and Ethernet communication protocols and CANoe.
- Expertise across SIL and HIL frameworks.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience integrating simulation with CI/CD.
