Base Salary
$200k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship software using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Own projects from initial idea through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and turn feedback into product improvements.
- Build agent-building products, real-time collaboration, enterprise-scale workflows and automations, and human-agent interaction.
- Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, efficiency, and cost of the platform and its agents.
- Build low-latency voice AI for live coaching and voice agents.
- Build software-factory capabilities to accelerate agent engineering and product maintenance.
- Work across the agent development lifecycle, including agent-building, simulations, evaluations, monitoring, and feedback loops.
- Improve agent design and context engineering.
- Write maintainable code and contribute thoughtful code reviews.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Have built software and agents through internships, research, open source, startups, or personal projects.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python is a plus but is not required.
- Demonstrate persistence with difficult technical problems and care about user outcomes.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where engineers take ownership and make product decisions.
- Collaborate effectively, communicate technical ideas clearly, and contribute with a low-ego, truth-seeking approach.
- Be able to work from the San Francisco or Seattle offices.
