Responsibilities
- Design and develop microservices that interact with Azure resources.
- Document design requirements and link them to test cases demonstrating software functionality.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Participate in integration workshops and collaborate with multifunctional teams to build, test, and release robust microservices.
- Implement use cases, execute software designs, and perform unit and software integration testing.
- Design and develop event-driven microservices and web applications and services using MQTT and gRPC.
- Coordinate with IT, Systems & Safety Engineering, Electrical Architecture, Calibration, and Vehicle Performance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a Java Developer, Program Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a related occupation.
- Five years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, JUnit, Maven, RDBMS and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB; Docker and Kubernetes; GitHub, Jenkins, and Sonar; Azure and AWS; REST API-based microservices; and Agile methodology.
- Three years of experience designing and developing microservices in event-driven architecture.
- Three years of experience designing, developing, and testing web applications and services using MQTT and gRPC.
- Two years of experience with Terraform.
