Base Salary
$167k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and governance for complex multi-solution Blue Yonder implementations.
- Define enterprise integration patterns, API strategies, master data frameworks, and event-driven architectures across enterprise ecosystems.
- Conduct architecture reviews, manage technical risks, enforce standards, and ensure performance, security, observability, and operational readiness.
- Advise customer and Blue Yonder executives by translating technical strategy into business outcomes and guiding strategic technology decisions.
- Identify and support the use of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, and robotics in customer environments.
- Mentor architects and consultants, develop reusable delivery assets and accelerators, and advance architectural standards.
- Partner with Product Management and Product Development to communicate market needs and influence product evolution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, supply chain technology, consulting, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving multiple integrated platforms.
- Experience as a Principal Architect, Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, or equivalent senior technical leader.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, solution design, APIs, integration frameworks, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and knowledge of container technologies, scalability patterns, security architecture, observability, and operational support models.
- Strong understanding of supply chain systems and integrations involving ERP, MES, automation, robotics, and enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of Blue Yonder architecture across Planning, Execution, Platform, and Automation portfolios.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, consulting, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, cloud transformation experience, AI/ML or intelligent automation implementation experience, reusable architecture accelerator development, and relevant industry certifications.
