Base Salary
$80k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, design, code, test, debug, and maintain computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems.
- Define system scope and objectives with users and provide analytical support and technical advice during software development and implementation.
- Plan and schedule application system projects, including objectives, timelines, costs, and staffing requirements.
- Identify and document software-system hazards, review software and systems for compliance with applicable directives and standards, and verify safety mitigations.
- Lead project work as needed by instructing, assigning, directing, and monitoring systems developers and analysts.
- Identify and correct issues discovered through testing or customer feedback and evaluate code for validity, standards compliance, and device or operating-system compatibility.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with a BS/BA or 3 years of experience with an MS/MA.
- Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and APEX.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

- Target salary range of $80,000-$128,000, with potential eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
