Base Salary
$121k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure database solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during all phases of implementation.
- Configure and maintain database environments, including backup and recovery strategies.
- Monitor and tune database performance using industry-standard tools.
- Implement data security measures and compliance standards.
- Automate routine database tasks to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance for database design and integration projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in database design and administration.
- Experience with database design principles and performance tuning.
- Scripting skills in SQL and Python for automation.
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions.
- Understanding of geospatial concepts and spatial indexing.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, GIS, or related field.
