Base Salary
$116k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to architect and advance observability products.
- Drive end-to-end feature development from proof of concept to delivery.
- Identify opportunities for product and user experience improvements.
- Lead and contribute to code and spec reviews, ensuring best practices.
- Stay updated on development trends and suggest improvements in tools and processes.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React for frontend and Go (or similar) for backend.
- Experience building data-focused products like analytics dashboards.
- Proficient in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
