Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship, enablement, and end-to-end technical account plans for assigned strategic partners.
- Align partner business goals with Cloudflare One and AI adoption milestones and build partner technical capabilities.
- Develop technical champions, support discovery and architectural design, and enable partner proof-of-concepts, demos, and technical validation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to source, qualify, and expand partner-influenced opportunities involving Cloudflare One and secure AI solutions.
- Own the ASD partner journey and help partners deploy, manage, and support Cloudflare platforms and AI application workloads.
- Co-develop partner services catalogs, managed Cloudflare One SASE practices, and AI security assessments.
- Enable partners to embed Cloudflare One and Workers AI into managed security portfolios while tracking service performance metrics.
- Serve as an escalated technical contact for architectural health and long-term partner success.
- Use Cloudflare OS, Agent PAT, Agent Echo, and other AI tools to automate repeatable technical tasks.
- Participate in the Partner Technical Advisory Council, gather product feedback, support beta access, and contribute to cross-functional enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in areas such as systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
- Technical depth in Cloudflare One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
- Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations and driving adoption of complex cloud networks and AI technologies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments, including management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a deal’s technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery and opportunity generation through post-sale service delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining Cloudflare One architectures and AI-driven use cases to technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
