Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clinical, technical, and operational executives to identify workflows, pain points, data constraints, and strategic priorities.
- Map prospect requirements to Tom use cases and identify solution risks, feasibility issues, and implementation dependencies.
- Deliver customized demonstrations, workshops, and Tom Immersion Studio experiences using clinical and technical storytelling.
- Create deal-specific Points of View, solution blueprints, integration and configuration assumptions, pilot parameters, and phased deployment approaches.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue teams on value hypotheses, ROI models, and business-case inputs.
- Contribute technical and clinical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
- Document use cases, workflow designs, scoped parameters, success metrics, and assumptions for handoff to Implementation and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare solution engineering, clinical transformation, healthcare consulting, technical pre-sales, or healthcare SaaS sales.
- Deep understanding of provider and payer economics, population health management, and health-system operating priorities.
- Experience engaging customer executives, clinical leaders, and technical practitioners.
- Ability to discuss APIs, EHR workflows, and clinical protocols comfortably.
- Track record participating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and shaping custom technical or clinical strategies.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and clinical/technical storytelling skills.
- Preferred: a clinical degree or license such as Registered Nurse, or a comparable clinical background.
- Preferred: experience with AI-enabled healthcare platforms, Conversational AI, FHIR, HL7, cloud databases, or interoperability tools.
- Ability to work in a startup-minded, rapidly changing organization and develop processes, tools, templates, and playbooks.
