Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow ITAM implementations across HAM, SAM, EAM, and CCM.
- Define data models, integration patterns, and CMDB alignment strategies for accurate asset lifecycle tracking.
- Guide customers through discovery-to-normalization data flows and reconciliation processes.
- Assess ITAM maturity, license compliance risk, and cost optimization opportunities using current-state analysis.
- Partner with delivery teams and customer stakeholders to ensure scalable architecture and governance alignment.
- Identify project risks, scope gaps, and technical debt, and communicate them to engagement leadership and customers.
- Mentor Technical Consultants and Business Process Consultants on ITAM design patterns.
Requirements
- Practical experience applying Otto and AI Control Tower to asset management workflows.
- Experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related enterprise IT operations.
- Demonstrated experience architecting ITAM solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration for asset data accuracy.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Background in data governance, data catalogs, ontologies, business intelligence, engineering, or another technical field.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, solution consulting, and delivery organizations.
- Familiarity with ITAM industry frameworks such as ISO/IEC 19770.
- Required CSA and CIS-HAM or CIS-SAM certifications, held or obtained within an agreed window.
- Preferred CMA/CTA or ITAM industry certifications such as IAITAM.
