Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create and continuously enhance OneStream’s AI-focused demo assets to support shorter sales cycles and larger deals.
- Stay current on OneStream features and incorporate new capabilities into demonstrations.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling demo content and technical narratives.
- Build and manage data pipelines using C#, SQL, and Python.
- Collaborate with Sales and Presales to tailor demos for partners, prospects, and customers.
- Prepare sample data, script repeatable demo flows, and contribute reusable documentation, runbooks, and sample content for field teams.
- Gather feedback from field teams and customers to refine demo assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- 0–1 years of industry experience in business intelligence, applied machine learning, and analytics.
- 2–5 years of experience in application and/or database management, including leadership in innovative demo design strategies and application deployment.
- Familiarity with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, and SAP.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as OneStream, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Basic exposure to C# and/or Python and knowledge of OneStream.
- Preferred: 1 year of OneStream implementation consulting experience, preferably leading software implementations.
- Ability to translate complex concepts, resolve complex problems, organize and deliver projects, prioritize activities, and learn new technologies.
