Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their workflows and success metrics.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and delivery for customer deployments.
- Build and ship production code for Partly’s SaaS and API platform.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Troubleshoot live issues and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
- Become an expert in the auto parts domain to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in building and shipping complex software in production.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to turn workflows into solutions.
- Comfortable owning the full software lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
- Foundational knowledge in APIs, testing, system design, and debugging.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and communicate effectively.
- Experience integrating with external systems and handling imperfect data.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make quick tradeoffs.
- Bonus: Experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting.
- Bonus: Familiarity with automotive parts or B2B marketplaces.
- Bonus: Interest in learning Rust.
