Responsibilities
- Participate in the architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance of distributed backend systems in Go.
- Build, deploy, and operate proxy data plane and control-plane services using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps/SRE teams to define system roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Go, including secure network protocols.
- Conduct code and design reviews focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across distributed, multi-cloud environments.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for services, APIs, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineering peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, focusing on Go and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with concurrent programming and Go’s networking and cryptography libraries.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, network protocols, and API design.
- Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
