Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on agentic AI workloads that orchestrate vendor API calls and make autonomous IT operations decisions.
- Develop behavioral and agentic-specific anomaly detection signals for workflow identities, credential usage, tool-call sequences, scope escalation, decision branching, and output volumes.
- Create model and agent evaluation harnesses, test suites, and benchmark pipelines measuring quality, latency, and safety.
- Translate ML and systems research papers into production implementations.
- Contribute to connector code generation pipelines using vendor OpenAPI specifications across more than 40 MSP tool APIs.
- Use Temporal to make agentic workloads predictable during failures, retries, and partial execution.
Requirements
- Strong programming and software engineering skills.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major model provider, including Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Vertex AI.
- Ability to read ML and systems research papers and extract implementable patterns.
- Experience building evaluation harnesses, test suites, or benchmark pipelines for model or agent behavior.
- Familiarity with behavioral anomaly detection, time-series analysis, or statistical baselining is preferred.
- Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka is preferred.
- Prior workflow automation or enterprise security tooling experience is preferred.
- Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar analytics stores is preferred.
- Familiarity with Temporal or other durable workflow engines is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, async-first team across multiple time zones.
