Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications using Java.
- Work hands-on with Spring Boot, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL in financial-services environments.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and support important technical decisions.
- Lead architecture decisions and define development standards for resilient and efficient solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote technical development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and optimize event-driven architectures focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Support cloud-native deployments and modern engineering and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust solutions.
- Contribute Prompt Engineering knowledge to AI-enabled initiatives and modern solution design.
- Maintain high standards for quality, security, and scalability on critical financial-sector platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level with the ability to communicate in international environments.
- Extensive experience in Java development.
- Solid experience as a Dev Lead, Senior Java Developer, or Technical Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and delivering high-performance, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions.
- Knowledge of complex distributed systems and DevOps practices.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering knowledge is considered a differentiator for AI-enabled initiatives.
- Strong leadership, ownership, accountability, analytical ability, and communication with technical and business stakeholders.
