Base Salary
$142k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business needs, constraints, and integration points.
- Translate requirements into architectural designs, diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions follow architectural intent.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and patterns that improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and code-level guidance during development.
- Communicate architectural decisions and tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural standards, best practices, and governance.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Software engineering depth in TypeScript, Node, and React, plus CI/CD and automated testing patterns.
- Deep familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with the RealPage ecosystem, large SaaS integrations, Kafka, advanced messaging patterns, cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and compliance or security hardening.
