Base Salary
$173k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new products and services that make Render more powerful and valuable to users.
- Take complete, end-to-end ownership of full-stack projects.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, other engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Help evolve and mature the Render codebase and technology as the product scales.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Help shape team culture and practices as the company grows.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- At least six years of professional experience shipping software.
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
- Experience working across the stack, wearing multiple hats, and contributing both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, multiple programming languages, and distributed systems.
- Strong ownership and the ability to make pragmatic decisions.
- Familiarity with modern tooling for software build and deployment processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with product-driven growth and modern enterprise audiences is preferred.
- Experience with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal is preferred.
