Base Salary
$173k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new products to enhance Render's value for users.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams.
- Evolve and mature the Render codebase as the product scales.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Help shape team culture and practices.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software shipping experience.
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
- Ability to work across the stack both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and distributed systems.
- Strong sense of ownership and pragmatic decision-making skills.
