Base Salary
$85k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise full-stack applications.
- Build responsive React interfaces and reusable UI components integrated with backend services.
- Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, APIs, cloud-native microservices, and event-driven integrations.
- Create legal technology solutions for matter management, legal operations, document management, compliance, litigation, claims, and business process automation.
- Design and support relational and NoSQL data models using MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, and document databases.
- Contribute to cloud deployment, CI/CD automation, container operations, monitoring, logging, observability, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams through Agile delivery practices.
- Support testing, releases, upgrades, production activities, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise applications and integrations.
- Strong experience with React, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with distributed messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
- Understanding of cloud-native application development and experience deploying applications in Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases including SQL Server and Oracle, and NoSQL databases including MongoDB and DocumentDB.
- Knowledge of secure coding, authentication, authorization, application security, production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Preferred experience with Matter Management, Legal Operations, Case Management, Claims Systems, or Document Management platforms.
