Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end Salesforce architecture strategy.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions leveraging various Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead architecture decisions for rapid application delivery and AI-enabled workflows.
- Define enterprise integration strategies using APIs and cloud-native patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with mission priorities.
- Guide development teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and security requirements.
- Design data architecture strategies for analytics and enterprise interoperability.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and Salesforce capabilities.
- Support DevSecOps adoption with secure-by-design principles.
- Establish architecture governance processes for quality and sustainability.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Active Secret clearance and local to the DMV area for onsite support.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent certification.
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture.
- 5+ years of experience architecting enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Deep experience designing Salesforce solutions with various Salesforce products.
- Strong expertise in API design and enterprise data management.
- Experience leading enterprise modernization efforts in regulated environments.
