Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, security, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, Flows, Process Builders, AppExchange products, environment refreshes, notifications, and systems maintenance.
- Support and troubleshoot Salesforce users and escalated administrative issues while maintaining platform hygiene and system health.
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, SOQL/SOSL queries, JavaScript automation, and Python tooling.
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce, internal tools, AWS services, and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement MCP integrations connecting Salesforce with AWS, Retail, and Ads platforms.
- Configure Einstein AI Copilot prompt templates and agent actions to support AI-powered workflows and user productivity.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce data models, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data lake integrations, and real-time synchronization.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders on solution design, project rollouts, training, troubleshooting, documentation, performance, scalability, and usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a B2B environment involving high-tech products or services.
- Experience managing a Salesforce instance supporting 500 or more users.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Git or an equivalent distributed version control system.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Experience with MCP integrations or similar AI/LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and data management.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certifications, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, data migration and release management experience, cross-functional stakeholder management, and hands-on Einstein AI Copilot, Agentforce, or similar AI-native Salesforce experience.
