Base Salary
$184k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation scale-up fabrics for AI data centers.
- Drive collective communication and vertical co-development of AI networks with hardware, software, and application teams.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and robust training for large-model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop concepts through to full-scale manufacturing and partner with technical teams to implement new technologies.
- Lead complex projects and deliver production-scale results.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software architecture and networking.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in applied AI research.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results.
- Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related area is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale AI data-center operations, resiliency and tail-robust training methods, world-class innovation, and collaborative AI-network development is preferred.
