Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation scale-up fabrics for AI data centers.
- Drive collective communication and vertical co-development of AI networks with hardware, software, and application teams.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and robust training for large-model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Create concepts that can proceed to full-scale manufacturing.
- Lead complex projects and partner with technical teams to implement new technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software architecture and networking.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in AI applied research.
- Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Track record of innovation and high-level technical achievement.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $184,000–$287,500 for Level 4 or $224,000–$356,500 for Level 5.
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
