Base Salary

$184k - $357k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and productize agentic AI systems that operate on GPU software artifacts.
  • Own agentic services from prototype through evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop LLM-powered pipelines for code generation, bug triage, regression detection, and test coverage analysis.
  • Build the agentic knowledge layer and MCP-based infrastructure integrating with Gerrit, NVBugs, CI/CD, Perforce, and Slack.
  • Establish agent-quality metrics and evaluations while analyzing precision, recall, false positives, and funnel performance.
  • Partner with GPU software kernel engineers to identify automation opportunities and drive adoption of reliable agentic services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years developing production LLM or agentic AI systems.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, tool use or function calling, multi-step agentic services, and engineering at scale.
  • Experience delivering and refining agentic AI systems in production.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in system building, testing, observability, and scalable architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills involving precision/recall tradeoffs, false-positive rates, and agent evaluation methods.
  • Preferred experience includes code agents, GPU/driver/systems software, CUDA, kernel-mode software, MCP servers, tool-calling agents, multi-agent orchestration, open-source AI tooling, CI/CD systems, crash analysis, or automated regression triage.
