Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional business teams to move AI-assisted applications from prototypes into secure, dependable, enterprise-ready production services.
- Create architectural standards, technical guidelines, checklists, and guardrails for copilots and agentic workflows.
- Integrate frontier models and AI tools with enterprise SaaS and ERP business systems.
- Design and maintain AI evaluation, prompt optimization, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Guide technical and non-technical stakeholders and align AI architecture with strategic business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI applications and automated workflows in enterprise production environments.
- Strong practical expertise with generative AI and LLM engineering patterns, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automated model guardrails.
- Hands-on experience integrating cloud-based foundation models, AI developer toolchains, and enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms.
- Experience supporting at least one corporate function such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or Go-to-Market/Customer Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide cross-functional technical leadership and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
