Responsibilities
- Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for the finance super app.
- Support products across various financial services including insurance and payments.
- Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions, and partner integrations.
- Collaborate with product and mobile teams to deliver customer-facing journeys.
- Integrate with banks, payment gateways, and other partners.
- Enhance system reliability, observability, security, and performance.
- Create practical and auditable systems for regulated financial products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, and system design.
- Experience in building scalable services and integrating third-party systems.
- Good understanding of security, reliability, and data quality.
- Ability to make trade-offs between speed, quality, and risk.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fintech or regulated products is a strong advantage.
