Base Salary
$265k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy AI and ML-powered solutions on the data platform.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure for AI use cases.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to enhance data workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted data quality and anomaly detection capabilities.
- Establish best practices for responsible AI development.
- Contribute to self-service AI-powered data products.
- Mentor and support other engineers in AI integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding pipelines.
- Proficiency with Databricks and AWS, including ML-oriented services.
- Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data platform fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
