Base Salary
$161k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship features that enhance workflows for firms managing real assets.
- Utilize AI coding tools to generate and refine code and tests.
- Rapidly build and deploy new product features.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to prioritize development.
- Write testable code and fix bugs in collaboration with the quality team.
- Review commits and AI-generated code for quality and security.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or 8+ years of industry experience.
- Strong CS fundamentals including data structures and system design.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience building web application back-ends with technologies like Ruby, Flask, or Node.
- 4+ years of experience building web application front-ends with technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.
