Responsibilities
- Validate complex performance and analytics workflows across portfolio performance and reporting experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure high-quality client experiences.
- Engage in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements to production validation.
- Develop and execute test strategies focused on workflow accuracy and financial data integrity.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and workflow inconsistencies.
- Participate in creating automated testing solutions to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Analyze customer-reported issues to identify root causes and implement long-term improvements.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on learning and transparency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Quality Engineering or Software Testing validating complex SaaS applications.
- Deep understanding of performance analytics methodologies and experience with TWR and benchmark analysis.
- Experience validating business-critical workflows where accuracy and data integrity are essential.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying workflow gaps and complex edge cases.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in business domains.
- Understanding the value of automated tests at all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
