Base Salary
$153k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run recurring customer sessions to understand operational realities and inform system design.
- Build Airtable interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations.
- Resolve design issues by proposing solutions and making decisions that align delivered systems with intended outcomes.
- Use AI to improve delivery efficiency and reinvest saved time in customer engagement.
- Quality-assure work against real user behavior, not only automation execution.
- Create reusable build patterns that extend impact across engagements.
- Contribute to solution design, delivery coordination, or implementation within larger engagement teams depending on the engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with accountability for whether systems work in practice.
- Hands-on experience building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business subject-matter experts.
- Ability to identify underlying customer constraints, present trade-offs, and redirect customers toward effective solutions when needed.
- Experience rapidly mastering a complex platform and achieving Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days.
- Ability to use AI across designing, building, testing, and documenting, with clear judgment about where human expertise is required.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive outcomes and maintain cross-functional alignment.
