Responsibilities

Collaborate with M&O staff to design and develop complex code modules and proof-of-concept implementations for portal and mobile applications.
Provide oversight of functional and technical aspects of Commercial Off-the-Shelf extension standards.
Lead fit/gap analysis and translate functional designs into detailed technical designs for large-scale applications.
Coordinate with DSS and OTI technical teams to review and approve system designs.
Document and align integration points with the City’s technical architecture and support secure, efficient, and compliant designs.
Integrate the ACCESS HRA web and Mobility solutions suite with legacy and COTS applications.
Lead security accreditation efforts and ensure production releases comply with DSS and OTI security policies and standards.
Conduct Veracode security scans, remediate vulnerabilities, and use ELK data analytics tools.
Support App Store review and approval processes for iOS and Android releases.
Implement defect fixes, enhancements, and configurations for online portal and mobile application artifacts.
Support ongoing ACCESS HRA testing across environments and workstreams.
Maintain project technical documentation and help upgrade the AHRA solutions stack using newer COTS functionality.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field and six years of satisfactory full-time related experience.
Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field and ten years of satisfactory full-time related experience.
Related experience may include enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture, or IT infrastructure systems.
Education and/or experience equivalent to the stated alternatives is accepted.

Full-time schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
