
Senior Solutions Architect, Utilities, Workforce and Asset Management

Responsibilities
- Lead the refinement and implementation of utility asset management processes for tracking, maintaining, and optimizing assets.
- Design and improve work management processes for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance, repair, and inspection work orders.
- Architect enterprise asset management solutions using platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, and Oracle WAM.
- Develop mobile workforce management strategies and optimize field worker operations using tools including IFS Clevest.
- Develop asset investment planning strategies using tools such as IFS Copperleaf.
- Analyze client asset and workforce management systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
- Design solutions that improve asset reliability, reduce operational costs, and increase field operations efficiency.
- Provide analytical insights to support investment planning and prioritization of asset-related projects.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management and workforce planning processes in the utility sector.
- Hands-on experience with IFS Clevest and IFS Copperleaf.
- Familiarity with IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle WAM, and other mobile workforce management tools is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to develop actionable insights for capital investment and asset-related projects.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions delivering measurable business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including leading discussions, presenting solutions, and driving consensus.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% annually.
