Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend infrastructure and deployment, including tooling and CI/CD.
- Build and evolve the component system with a focus on clean APIs and accessibility.
- Champion frontend performance and best practices through code review and mentorship.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs on UI and UX features.
- Interact with end users to gather feedback and improve the product.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web frameworks, particularly React.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and practices.
- Strong attention to UX and UI details, including interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to educate colleagues.
- Curiosity about user needs and product direction.
