Responsibilities
- Improve planning products to help planners explore new concepts and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and address user needs.
- Utilize various technologies across the stack to deliver a great user experience.
- Contribute to discussions on engineering best practices and architecture.
- Build and maintain processes and tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack development.
- Passionate about mission-driven companies with strong values.
- User-centric approach, valuing customer feedback.
- Collaborative, humble, empathetic, and feedback-driven.
- Experience in developing complex React applications is a plus.
- Experience with geospatial or mapping technologies is a plus.
