Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement optimal cloud-based solutions and applications based on functional requirements.
- Manage cloud environments according to company security guidelines and deploy and debug cloud initiatives.
- Develop scalable distributed products and reusable domain-specific microservices across multi-platform and hybrid clouds.
- Lead cloud engineering best practices and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and processes.
- Define coding practices, development tools, validation requirements, and non-functional architecture considerations.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, peer organizations, and end users to deliver software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve code-level and technical issues.
- Analyze the business impact of technical decisions and lead project stakeholders toward successful delivery.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with cloud-based ecosystems such as AWS or GCP.
- Hands-on coding experience with Python, Java, C++, or Node.js.
- Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and container technologies.
- Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and security architecture, including performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Expertise designing, developing, and deploying distributed and scalable products and services on multi-platform or hybrid clouds.
- Knowledge or experience with CI/CD in a DevOps environment.
- AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security, or OpenStack Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, documentation, and technical and business requirements analysis skills.
