Responsibilities
- Conduct application security reviews.
- Design secure architectures and perform threat modeling.
- Complete security projects and research as needed.
- Provide security training and outreach to internal development teams.
- Create security guidance documentation.
- Deliver and improve security metrics.
- Assist with recruiting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP(S), DNS, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C.
- Preferred experience with threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
- Preferred experience with AWS products and services.
- Preferred experience using AI tools to support or enhance security engineering work.
