Responsibilities
- Deliver engineering improvements, upgrades, migrations, and technical refresh activities aligned with the Identity Governance roadmap.
- Engineer and support identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance, and automation capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager and associated identity integrations.
- Support the modernisation of identity services and transition to the future Identity Governance platform.
- Create reusable automation, APIs, connectors, workflows, and integrations.
- Apply engineering practices across development, testing, source control, documentation, and release management.
- Reduce technical debt through standardisation and automation.
- Collaborate with platform, security, directory engineering, supplier, and application teams.
- Resolve complex technical issues through root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Practical experience and understanding of Identity Governance platforms and services, specifically Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Experience with joiner-mover-leaver processes and developer and automation capabilities.
- Ability to analyse information, solve complex technical challenges, and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sound judgement and ability to make effective technical decisions using available information.
- Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
