Responsibilities
- Work as part of a Security Operations Centre.
- Build detections that identify suspicious and malicious behaviour.
- Respond to security incidents and manage incident-related activities.
- Engineer innovative solutions and automation to improve team efficiency and security processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software development engineers, and security engineers to develop security solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of networking protocols including HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
- Programming experience in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .NET, C++, or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with AWS products and services is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, and network security.
- Must be a UK national and able to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Clearance.
