Responsibilities
- Implement infrastructure, queries, and automation for monitoring product KPIs and success metrics across clinical domains and clients.
- Build frameworks and tools that enable clinical teams to review and investigate client-reported cases and identify cases requiring further evaluation.
- Improve the scalability and capabilities of the data platform and team analytics foundations.
- Drive product analytics alignment and development across Client Success, Clinical, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience building scalable, secure analytics infrastructure and tools on a cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Deep knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation frameworks such as dbt, workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
- Experience working with sensitive PHI/PII data.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems, building analytics technology for clinical or health data, and working in an ambiguous startup environment.
