Base Salary
$188k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, identity assessments, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
- Develop IAM strategies and architectures covering authentication, authorization, IGA, NHI, PAM, and related identity capabilities.
- Advise security leaders, architects, and executive stakeholders and present architectural recommendations and business cases.
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance Identity opportunities and support enterprise sales cycles.
- Lead or support proposal development, Statements of Work, solution architecture, technical win strategies, and vendor or platform evaluations.
- Support the design, deployment, modernization, and migration of on-premises and cloud-native identity solutions.
- Contribute to reusable offerings, workshops, assessments, reference architectures, partner relationships, and go-to-market strategy.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to other team members and contribute to the growth of the Identity practice.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, or architecting Identity and Access Management solutions.
- 3+ years of customer-facing consulting, architecture, or presales experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud or Microsoft Entra ID, including architecture, implementation, and customer advisory work.
- Strong expertise in at least one of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Identity Governance platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
- Experience leading customer workshops, assessments, architecture discussions, identity strategies, roadmaps, or transformation initiatives.
- Effective communication with executive and technical audiences, including strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- CISSP or equivalent security certification is preferred.
- Okta certification is strongly preferred; Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or related certifications are valued.
- Experience with Non-Human Identity, Machine Identity, PAM, or PKI/CLM is preferred.
