Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the React/Next.js and Python web stack for fast, reliable AI-native workflows.
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver user-facing features from specification through launch.
- Translate complex backend data structures into intuitive interfaces across chats, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other workflows.
- Debug and improve frontend and backend systems to increase performance and reduce latency.
- Attend customer and sales meetings to understand workflows and incorporate feedback into product design.
- Drive architectural improvements for scale, modularity, and developer velocity.
- Own core product modules end to end across the full stack.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack or frontend-focused engineer.
- Previous B2B and startup experience is required.
- Expertise in React/Next.js and frontend systems architecture.
- Ability to work across the stack in Python as needed.
- Strong interest in user experience and shipping polished, performant user interfaces.
- Proven ability to own projects end to end, from planning through deployment.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and performance optimization.
- Willingness to participate in customer meetings and translate feedback into product experiences.
- Preferred: background in life sciences, healthcare, or real-world data.
- Preferred: data science experience.
- Preferred: experience at healthcare AI startups or technical consulting firms.
- Preferred: experience deploying AI in regulated or enterprise settings.
